Staying motivated in school

It's SO hard for me to stay motivated to workout sometimes! Especially while I'm in school and my schedule is busier. Sitting in traffic on the way home from school drives me nuts and I feel empty when I get home. It's not just school though; that's just an excuse.

I recently watched this video on Facebook where this man, Inky Johnson, gives an inspirational speech. You absolutely should watch it!
During the video, Inky talks about commitment. I'm paraphrasing here, but he says commitment is working at something every day, even if you don't want to sometimes. It was hard to hear because it calls out my flaws. I don't go to the gym every day, and I have a serious discipline problem! I don't always eat healthy food, I don't practice yoga every day, and I don't even read enough for school sometimes. I want to, and I have good intentions. But sometimes I just don't follow through.

I want to live my dreams! And my dreams are staying healthy in my diet, exercise, and spiritual practices.

It's my goal now to step up and create some more discipline for myself!
